Childhood cancer awareness organization Kids r Golden came to us to rethink their brand strategy and redesign their website. They had a host of helpful services, but struggled to reach families who desperately needed help.

Helping children in need

Kids r Golden first reached out to us to revamp their website and capture important information from families in need of resources and information about childhood cancer.

An online approach supporting the whole process

They wanted to make the process easier for families in need, but to also spread awareness to communities about what resources were available. They also felt their brand was in need of an update to help them look more professional.

Recreating an important brand

Together we hashed out and improved page content on the site to bring information and resources to the front. We also simplified the lengthy form for gathering information to capture what's needed initially and automated the rest of the online process.

Reaching more people

Kids r Golden saw a 200% increase in form submissions allowing them to focus working with families directly after initial contact and gather the rest of the information as their applied process continued.
